We work with clients 18 years and older.

We intentionally define wellness from a holistic perspective and do not provide an opt-out choice, as we firmly believe that wellness encompasses far more than a single aspect.

We conduct our program through in-person sessions at our clients' homes, but we also incorporate virtual video calls for rescheduled or makeup sessions when needed.

We currently accept private pay and CDCS funding. We anticipate accepting other forms of payment in the near future. Please email info@incontrolmn.com if you have any questions about payment options. Or you can learn more about funding options here.

InControl is an annual commitment that is billed monthly. We believe that wellness is a lifestyle, so we prefer to work with our clients for a minimum of one year to determine true progress.

Yes! We work with group homes and day programs. See our Sponsor-A-Home program.
