  • We work with clients 18 years and older.

  • We intentionally define wellness from a holistic perspective and do not provide an opt-out choice, as we firmly believe that wellness encompasses far more than a single aspect.

  • We conduct our program through in-person sessions at our clients' homes, but we also incorporate virtual video calls for rescheduled or makeup sessions when needed.

  • We currently accept private pay and CDCS funding. We anticipate accepting other forms of payment in the near future. Please email info@incontrolmn.com if you have any questions about payment options. Or you can learn more about funding options here.

  • InControl is an annual commitment that is billed monthly. We believe that wellness is a lifestyle, so we prefer to work with our clients for a minimum of one year to determine true progress.

  • Yes! We work with group homes and day programs. See our Sponsor-A-Home program.

  • We serve individuals with intellectual disabilities. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Autism

    • Down syndrome

    • Emotional disturbance

    • Intellectual disability

    • Multiple disabilities

    • Other health impairment

    • Specific learning disability

    • Traumatic brain injury
