At InControl, we define wellness from a holistic perspective, which is why we do not offer an opt-out option for any pillars of the program. We believe that true wellness encompasses multiple interconnected aspects. However, we do provide the flexibility to enhance your experience by adding additional sessions. For instance, if you are participating in all pillars of wellness but wish to include an extra nutrition or physical wellness session, depending on our coaches' availability, we will add that to your plan.

Our program is primarily conducted in person at clients' homes. However, we also offer virtual video sessions for rescheduled or makeup appointments, ensuring flexibility and continuity in your wellness journey. Additionally, we host one virtual group social/emotional session each month, designed as a lesson for clients to learn and grow from one another while building relationships and fostering connections.

InControl is designed as an annual commitment, with monthly billing based on the number of sessions completed each month. We do not offer a month-to-month option. However, if the program doesn’t feel like the right fit, there is no penalty for ending the contract early, even if it’s before the 12-month period is completed.
Our approach is focused on a 12-month mindset, where we encourage clients and their families to commit to a full year of growth and transformation. This longer-term outlook allows us to better support each individual’s wellness journey and create lasting impact.

Yes, we collaborate with group homes. We prioritize establishing a partnership with the managing company or having the home sponsored by a third party. For more details, explore our Sponsor-A-Home program.
-
We serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. If you qualify for a DD, CADI, CAC, or BI waiver, our services are designed to meet your needs.
-
InControl’s nutrition program offers 24 1-hour long sessions a year, providing a distinct advantage over traditional services received through MA, which typically cover fewer sessions.
In addition to this, we take a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing that each pillar of wellness—nutrition, physical activity, social/emotional well-being, and more—interconnects and can impact one another. Our team works closely across these pillars to ensure that our comprehensive strategy is aligned with each client's individual needs and goals.
Lastly, our nutrition program is a comprehensive curriculum developed collaboratively by our coach and 3 dietitians/nutritionists.

At intake, we collect your availability by asking you to block off time slots on three separate days, each for three hours (a total of nine hours). These blocks are used by InControl staff to schedule your sessions. If a coach needs to adjust a session, they will refer to these time blocks. Sessions can be scheduled outside of these blocks if necessary, but the designated time slots are our primary scheduling windows.
