Step 1: Getting to know you

First, you will meet with an InControl rep so we can get to know you. Then, together we’ll build a customized plan that helps meet your unique goals.

Step 2: Coaching sessions

After we’ve developed a plan that meets your goals, we will build a team of coaches for each of the four pillars of wellness. Some coaches will meet with you once a week, while others might work with you every other week or once a month.
