Holistic approach to fitness

Each physical program includes these four essential components of fitness:

  1. Balance

  2. Strength training

  3. Cardiovascular endurance

  4. Range of motion

Incentives promote accountability

Daily movement plays an essential role in achieving a life lived well. That’s why our program includes two methods of accountability:

  1. Weekly (or biweekly) in-home training sessions with a certified trainer

  2. Incentive Program: Weekly independent movement activities to earn rewards
